Service Description

$14/person for a minimum of 75 guests. $150 booking fee (refundable up to a month before event and subtracted from final balance). Paying this today secures your event date. This is payable when you book your package. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks before the event. We'll help you plan what beer, wine, spirits or 2 signature cocktails you would like to provide your guests and procure all alcohol. The cost of alcohol included in the price but will be invoiced separately. You choose 3 beers: Budweiser, Bud Light, Michelob Ultra, Miller Lite, Yuengling, Coors Light, Hard Seltzer You choose 2 wines (most clients choose 1 red and 1 white): Red: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir White: Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc Spirits (We will serve all of the following): Gin, Rum, Vodka, Whiskey, Bourbon, and Scotch Package also includes our custom horse trailer, one bartender, four hours of service, a variety of mixers and garnishes, drinkware, ice, stir straws, napkins, setup and cleanup. We carry both liquor liability and general liability insurance. Add-Ons: $150 - One bartender for every additional 75 guests $50 - Each additional hour - per bartender $75 - Soda Bar - Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite (served in drinkware over ice) $50 - Hydration Station- Water from carafe (served in drinkware over ice) or water bottles $50 Champagne Toast for Bride and Groom. Includes glass flutes and champagne. $100 Champagne Toast for wedding party (up to 24).
